Any stock items typically ship the next 5-6 day if the order is submitted by noon. If you have questions about expediting your order or want to know if a specific item is a stock item, please contact us.

Q: Where will my material ship from?

 
Where material ships from depends on where it is shipping to. Normally ship from Qingdao seaport/Tianjin seaport/Shanghai seaport/Guangzhou seaport.

Q: How will my material be packaged to protect it during shipment?

 
We use heavy duty cardboard and plastic with  and wooden pallet(eye to wall and eye to sky) depending on the shape you are getting.  

Q: How long will this take to be ready?

 
It depends on the material, but typically the turn around is 1-2 days. Certain materials, such as thick aluminum plate may take longer 4-5 days.
