7050 alloy aluminum plate is a high-strength heat treatable alloy with extremely high strength and resistance to spalling corrosion and stress-corrosion fracture.
Typical use
Aircraft structural parts in the middle plate, extruded parts, hand forged or die forged parts.
Chemical composition rangebr /> 2.0-2.6Cu, 1.9-2.6Mg, 0.10Mnmax, 0.12Simax, 0.15Femax, 0.04Crmax, 0.08-0.15Zr, 5.7-6.7Zn, 0.06Timax, the maximum content of each other component is 0.05, the maximum total content of other components is 0.15, The balance is Al.
